🧬 Genome Browser for Woody Fruit Crops
As an entry point into genome editing, we have developed a set of tools that process the genomes of woody fruit crops using the J-Browser format. This platform enables intuitive exploration of genome structure and serves as a foundation for analyzing CRISPR-related elements, including guide RNAs and off-target sites.
Our system is built upon CRISPETA, a tool originally developed by CRAG, and has been adapted to support the specific needs of our research in fruit tree genomics. The browser is under continuous improvement, with the goal of fostering collaboration and data sharing within the research community.
