With the goal of introduce ourselves to genome editing, we developed these tools in which all the genomes of our interest (woody fruit crops) were processed using the format of a J-Browser. This tool allow us to understand genomes structure and help us to begin the analyses for CRISPR elements, such as guide RNAs and off-targets. These tools were based on CRISPETA, previously developed by CRAG.

Our browser is under permanent improvement in order to collaborate with the research community.
